May we introduce you to your new crush gurus (who also happen to be the cutest couple ever).
Crushes are confusing on the best days—but in the era of half-swipes and endless talking stages? Let’s just say modern romance is majorly mystifying. Fear not: We’ve got you. We gathered expert advice, real girl insights and the ultimate couple inspo to help you navigate the chaos. Because let’s be real—we all deserve our own vacay rom-com. Your love story starts now…
Stroll around Venice with Elliana Walmsley and Jentzen Ramirez on a sunny SoCal afternoon and you’ll leave feeling like the ultimate third wheel—but in the best possible way (as in “I need to find a relationship like this immediately”).
Celebrity couples never quite seem to last (the list is truly endless), but we’re here to confirm that Elliana and Jentzen are the real deal. The pair (aka “Jelliana”) has stuck together through four years of highs (former Dance Moms star Elliana just launched her first fragrance line Escapade, while Jentzen does stunt work for films like Captain Marvel) and lows (drama so dark Netflix made it into a three-part investigative docuseries that dropped last month).
And after growing—and dare we say thriving—through it all together? They’ve got an inseparable bond (plus some hard-earned, super helpful relationship wisdom) to show for it.

Pairing Up
Elliana and Jentzen met in a content creator group in 2020, but they’re quick to admit that the sparks didn’t fly right away.
“It definitely wasn’t love at first sight,” Elliana, 18, says with a laugh. “More like love at first couple of days.”
It was an all-night Roblox session on FaceTime that sealed the deal. “We stayed up until 5 a.m. playing together, and that’s when it started to become obvious that we were into each other,” adds 18-year-old Jentzen, who asked Elliana to make things official soon after.
Their first year as a couple was packed with unforgettable dates (think: dreamy hot air balloon rides) and exciting travels (like brand trips to Vegas and visits to Elliana’s hometown in Colorado). From a follower’s POV, their relationship seemed, well, picture perfect.
But just about a year into dating, Elliana and Jentzen shocked their millions of fans by announcing their difficult but mutual decision to part ways.
“The breakup was tough, but looking back on it, it 100% needed to happen,” Elliana says candidly. “We were so young, and I had so much maturing that I needed to do. I feel like I loved the idea of a relationship, but I wasn’t ready to put in the work.”
Elliana and Jentzen spent the first half of 2022 solo (though they did keep in contact so they could continue collabing on videos), but both of them believe the heartbreak ultimately led them back to each other. “The time apart helped us realize how much we wanted to be together, ”Jentzen shares.
Power Couple Energy
Since rekindling their romance almost three years ago, Elliana and Jentzen have settled into what could best be described as comfortable coupledom.
From jet-setting around the world—highlighted by their recent trip to Japan and South Korea—to supporting each other through career milestones (Elliana recently wrapped her stint on the YouTube advice series Girl Talk while building her beauty and lifestyle brand, and Jentzen is producing his own short films), we’d be surprised if these two aren’t endgame.
Yet Elliana and Jentzen are also mindful about keeping things real, especially given how much of their relationship they share on social media. Says Elliana, “I never want to come across like we’re the perfect couple and nothing is ever wrong.”
Both of them are honest that their life doesn’t always look like a rom-com (“We sometimes bicker over silly things, like if I’m listening to Stray Kids on repeat and Jentzen’s like, ‘We’ve listened to K-pop or six hours, please pick another song,’” shares Elliana). But every day they focus on showing up and putting in the work to, well, make things work. “If you are always trying to learn and grow as a person, that’s going to keep your relationship thriving, too,” Elliana says.
Now that’s some summer love advice we can get behind.
